Juniper Networks
Sunnyvale, CA

2013 BEST GREEN PROJECT and MOST INNOVATIVE DESIGN Award by Silicon Valley Business Journal. Juniper Network’s Global Headquarter Campus located in Sunnyvale. This project exemplifies San Jose Construction’s high quality construction standards and safety excellence award.

San Jose Construction recently completed Phase I of this 80 acre project. It embodies Juniper Networks commitment to sustainability and innovation with 9,000 SF of green roof space, Bloom Energy, fuel cells, CoGenra solar hot water, photovoltaic arrays, and a 2,300 SF green living wall. The State–of-the-art buildings are also outfitted with an impressive Executive Briefing Center, networking labs, interactive digital displays, LED ‘e-cloud’ exquisite detailing and textiles, and full-service cafeteria.

This award winning project includes LEED Platinum and LEED Gold 8–story 636,000 SF Office Buildings and a 5 level parking garage.

Cadence Design Systems
San Jose, CA

The construction of the Cadence Design Systems Campus included (2) new buildings and (8) tenant improvement projects situated on a 12 acre site. Cadence Building No.10 is a 5-story 205,000 SF steel frame and pre-cast concrete Engineering Office Building. The project includes the complete re-configuration of the main parking and common areas of the corporate campus., and a new entry and intersection at Montague Expressway. San Jose Construction also completed an 84,000 SF 2-story steel frame and concrete tilt-up Executive Briefing / Office Center ,which included a full athletic facility.

Cadence Design Systems Campus was completed in multiple phases since the majority of the site was occupied. As a result of the new construction and interior improvements, there is a 20-30% increased occupancy capacity at the campus.

San Jose Construction has built in excess of 1,000,000 SF at the Cadence Design Systems Campus.

Building 10

A 5 story, 205,000 SF steelframe and pre-cast concrete Engineering Office Building. This high-tech facility features aesthetically striking staircase and rooftop trellis which spans the length of the building. Building 10 has an energy conscious architectural design which was developed for the mild climate of North America.

Citrix Systems
Santa Clara, CA

A 5-story, 140,000 SF Executive Briefing Center featuring state-of-the-art briefing rooms, interactive product demonstrations, design center, and conference rooms.  The high-tech facility is host to several seminars and conferences.

Oracle
Pleasanton, CA

A new 5-story, 180,000 SF steelframe, pre-cast concrete, and glass wall building that included significant site improvements. This building was constructed in the Hacienda Business Park prior to the Oracle/PeopleSoft merger. As one of the world’s largest software companies, Oracle’s high profile building is capable of reaching its customers around the world.
