San Jose Construction’s Project Management Teams are responsible for over-seeing the entire project. This includes budgeting, estimating, scheduling, cost and quality control, safety, the flow of all paperwork and accounting. They are responsible for effective communications with our owners, subcontractors, and field personnel.
In the field, SJC’s projects are managed by our on-site Project Superintendents and supervised by our General Field Supervisors. Our Project Superintendents are responsible for all on-site activities and manage the day-to-day job site progress to ensure a safe, quality controlled project that meets the project schedule.
San Jose Construction maintains a continuous open communication between all team members, and conducts weekly job-site meetings with owners and subcontractors to discuss the progress and status of the project, open action items, schedule updates, and detailed weekly meeting minutes are provided to all members of the team to ensure effective communication and documentation.
