Excellence in Safety Award

San Jose Construction’s Safety Program is of paramount importance, and is designed to maximize risk control and minimize injuries and accidents on the project. Mandatory monthly safety meetings and bi-monthly job site “tailgate” meetings are conducted with all SJC Superintendents by the Safety Supervisor.
These safety meetings notify field personnel of safety updates and reinforce discussions with regard to San Jose Construction’s emphasis on continuous job safety monitoring. San Jose Construction requires all subcontractors to fully comply with our site safety requirements and to attend safety meetings, training seminars, presentations, and hands-on jobsite instruction.
In 2015, SJC again has received the President's Safety Award for Excellence in Safety from the CEA.
