A 256,000 SF, woodframe, metal stud, and concrete tilt-up parking structure. The Image II USA Toyota facility is located on a 3.5 acre site. The 5-level parking structure includes roof-top parking, two levels of elevated glass “car display boxes,” a 3,500 SF “Quick-Lube” with underground pits, and a 2nd floor service department.
